Many of your local law enforcement officials have requested that Prosecutor Worthy disseminate an updated version of the School Threat letter that was sent to your school districts last year in an effort to address county-wide incidents of school threats and violence. Versions of the updated letter in English, Spanish and Arabic are attached. We ask that the letters be forwarded to all public school principals in Wayne County for distribution to the parents/guardians of the students enrolled at their schools. The letters will also be posted for public view on the RESA website.
